The overhead cost associated with heating
and cooling a commericial building is often a major percent
of a company's total overhead.
Commericial heating and cooling
systems are a major investment for building owners, however
if the system is designed properly and new technologies are
considered, the return on the investment can be very economical.
In fact, commericial installations
have a much faster payoff rate compared to residential systems.
Often the payoff is within 3-4 years after installation.
