Water Heaters
> Instantaneous
Instantaneous water heater technology has been around in other
coutries for some time now. Recently, these water heaters have become
more popular in the United States because of their size and efficiency.
Basically, these units operate on-demand which means that when you
turn on a faucet the unit produces the hot water right at that moment.
This is different from traditional water heater units that have
a large tank in which hot water is stored and taken from when a
faucet it turned on.
The advantage of this tankless water heater system is that heat
is not lost during times when the water is not being used. Also,
homes with limited space don't need to accomodate a large water
storage tank. Instantaneous water heaters can also be setup with
digital thermostats which can regulate desired water temperatures
at different locations inside the house.
